 Can I share my lounge access with somebody else?While you cannot allow anyone else to use your Air Canada Maple Leaf Club card, you can bring guests into the Maple Leaf lounge. There is a fee of $10 before 11am or $20(CDN) after 11am, per visit. Subject to certain terms and conditions. |

| When does it expire - will I be notified? On your expiry date (the expiry date will appear on your membership card included in your Welcome Package), the Club Privileges Travel program will be automatically issued to you for the next 365-day period with the then-current fee and with the terms and conditions then being offered unless you live in British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec, Nova Scotia, Yukon, Northwest Territories or Nunavut. We will not be able to automatically issue a new Club Privileges Travel program, including Emergency Travel Insurance, to you if you reside in any of the aforementioned jurisdictions. Additionally, the 7-Day Multi-Trip Annual Emergency Travel Medical Insurance portion of the Club Privileges Program will not be automatically renewed on your expiry date in the following cases: (i) if you turned 80 years of age in the last 365-day period; and/or (ii) if you had completed a medical questionnaire or were previously underwritten for coverage of pre-existing conditions Before your expiry date, CIBC will notify you of the details pertaining to renewing CIBC Club Privileges Travel. | Why is the Air Canada Companion Certificate no longer included in the CIBC Club Privileges Travel Package? Although the Air Canada Companion Certificate has valuable features (e.g. no cancellation penalties, tickets are fully refundable at any time, etc.), feedback from cardholders advised that the Companion Certificates were not as beneficial to use when trying to take advantage of a better fare, or discounted tickets. As a result, CIBC wanted to provide something that would benefit all cardholders, that's why CIBC has reduced the price of the package to $189 (previously $199), and added a sign-up bonus of 500 Aeroplan Miles. |

| What if I want to cancel my membership? The Club Privileges Travel program comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee provided you have not participated in any of the benefits associated with the program.
